Where do you get your bullets?
This is perhaps the most common question we’re asked.
Most of our bullet casings are sourced from reloading supply auction sites, while others are generously donated by family and friends.
Once we acquire our bullet casings, we send them to a professional machine shop where the heads are sliced to our exact, calibrated dimensions. This ensures that every piece is consistent in size, safe to use, and perfectly suited for our jewelry designs.
From there, we take over—cleaning, polishing, and hand-finishing each one with care. It’s a blend of industrial precision and handcrafted artistry that makes every piece truly unique, sustainable, and made with care.
All of our jewelry is handcrafted with once-fired, spent bullets.
Some of the bullets we use: 22mm, 357 magnum, .38 special, 45 caliber, 380, 9mm, 20 gauge & 12 gauge shotgun shells.
The casings are another way to create cool designs! To attach the casing, we drill a small hole through the primer, cut a piece of wire, and make a loop at one end. Then we slide the wire through the hole and connect the loop—turning a spent shell into something bold, beautiful, and totally unique.
We use nickel-free, lead-free, stainless-steel chains for our necklaces and bracelets as much as possible. Some of our specialty designs are made using a molded metal alloy, giving them a unique look and added durability; i.e. our rings, a few of our necklaces; i.e. Angel Wings, Faith & Freedom Cross, and our Snake Chain Bolo Tie.
Our earring wires and posts are always nickel-free, lead-free and stainless steel.
